Warranty and Replacement Policy:
All YIIOIs are covered by our one-year manufacturer's full warranty against all manufacturing defects. (All free accessories are not covered by the warranty.)

Warranty Period and Target Audience Conditions
The warranty is automatically registered when the original purchaser orders and receives the product in our online store and is only applicable to the original purchaser.

Regarding the transfer of the warranty, you can only enjoy the benefit of the warranty if you meet the following two conditions:

The warranty period has not expired since the original owner received the package; the new owner must have the original purchaser's name
and the original order number. YIIOI will replace any part found to be defective or damaged (including damage caused during transportation).

This warranty does not cover:

Corrosion

Fading, scratches and impact marks

Impact damage

Irreversible modifications (such as drilling or welding)

Water damage

Batteries

Batteries are covered by a 1-year pro-rated warranty.

During the first year of service, if there is a battery failure, we will repair or replace it for the customer free of charge. The warranty period of the repaired or replaced battery is the same as the original purchase date.

Cash is not refundable.

The battery can only be evaluated and defects detected directly by "YIIOI".

This limited warranty does not cover:

Defects or damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, abnormal use, improper storage, abnormal contact with liquids, contact with chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect or abnormal physical, electrical or electromechanical stress;
Defects or damage caused by private modifications;
Scratches, dents and cosmetic damage (not caused by "YIIOI");
Products with serial numbers or barcodes removed, defaced, damaged, altered or illegible;
Normal wear and tear;
Defects or damage to the product caused by the use of accessories, products or auxiliary/peripheral equipment not provided or approved by "QYIIOI";
Defects or damage caused by assembling, testing, operating, maintaining, installing, servicing, repairing or adjusting the product in a manner different from the assembly instructions or user manual;
Defects or damage caused by external causes such as collision, fire, flood, storm, lightning strike, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuses or improper use of any power source.
In addition, for the battery, this limited warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by the following actions or circumstances:

Charging with a battery charger that is not designed or suitable for use with the battery;

Improper use of the battery charger;

If any seal on the battery is broken or shows signs of tampering;

If the battery has been used in equipment other than the specified bicycle.

Warranty Claims:
All claims under this warranty must be made through "YIIOI" and sent to yiioi.shop@mail.com. Proof of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged goods are required for any warranty claim. We recommend that you contact "YIIOI" at yiioi.shop@mail.com before making a warranty claim, as there may be a simple solution to the problem without submitting a claim. Valid warranty claims made within 1 year of the first purchase will be processed through "YIIOI".

Shipping Damage Claims:
In rare cases, the item may be damaged during shipping. If shipping damage occurs, please contact yiioi.shop@mail.com and provide photo or video proof.
If the free accessories are scratched during shipping, they will not be replaced or compensated.

NOTE: We will not accept shipping damage claims made after 7 days of receiving any product.
